1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using FullPrice.LOL (the "Service"), operated by Mongus Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of ServiceFullPrice.LOL is a deal-tracking platform that aggregates open-box, clearance, auction, and refurbished product listings from third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly. All purchases are made through the original retailer.

3. AccountsYou may sign in with Google or with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and BillingThe Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. How you are billed depends on where you subscribed. Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed monthly via Stripe, and you may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed by Apple through your Apple Account, and you cancel them in Apple Account settings › Subscriptions. In both cases cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable UseYou agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service beyond normal browsing; (b) attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits; (c) resell or redistribute data from the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual PropertyThe Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Mongus Solutions, LLC. Product data and images are the property of their respective retailers and are displayed under fair use for price comparison purposes.

7. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTHE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of deal listings. Prices, availability, and product conditions are sourced from third parties and may change without notice.Auction listings display the price at the time of our last data update, not the current bid. Auction prices may have increased since the displayed price was recorded. Always verify the current price on the retailer's website before bidding or purchasing.

8. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONGUS SOLUTIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party LinksThe Service contains links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your interaction with retailers is governed by their own terms.

10. ModificationsWe may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
